BXTR Metal pays homage to Baxter Street, a popular skate spot in Los Angeles, where style and authenticity are always on display, and so is this frame. The protective sunglasses were developed by a team of Oakley® designers, who worked closely with friends of the brand to reveal a unique take on the eyewear lifestyle. The modernized trigger stem of the BXTR Metal is inspired by Oakley's original Razor Blade sunglasses. The frame is elevated with a metallic material as a tribute to the prototype of the first Oakley sunglasses - made from glasses and a wire hanger. BiO-Matter®* frame material means all-day comfort and low-impact durability, while Unobtainium® nose pads provide better grip.
